Honky Tonk John

Honky Tonk John

Honky Tonk John is a newly founded band in 2007 playing great old country, honky tonk, and bluegrass music. John Vincent (lead singer, guitar, fiddle) has a strong voice with character, which brings all the great Hank Williams or a Stonewall Jackson song to life. Darrell Fuhr (dobro) has so much energy on that dobro he had to team up with John to make some great ol' Honky tonkin' music. Jess Fahlin (mandolin) has been told by John she's around just to keep time, but if given the chance she loves to show the boys how it is done. Then rounding them out is one of the best Bass players around Noel Holloway.

John Vincent is from Bemidji and with the guidiance of his father he learned about all the great old country music Tonky Tonk John plays.  John also grew up playing the violin in school and guitar as well.  He is a great luthier as well.  Darrell Fuhr is out of Redwood Falls and has played with several bands.  Darrell mainly plays the dobro but when he has a moment will grab the guitar, mandolin, and even the fiddle too!  Jessi Fahlin is from St. Paul and grew up playing classical violin until that one faithful day when she went to her first festival.  Jessi bought herself a mandolin and has never looked back! Noel Holloway is out of New Prague and grew up playing guitar and singing folk songs.  Noel learned Bass at a festival and he can't shake the image! But get Noel alone at night at he just might take out a guitar for ya.

Together they have an energy you just have to see but they would rather see ya'll dancin'! For contact and booking information email honkytonkjohn@live.com or call 218-766-1925.
