MBOTMA's Harvest Jamboree

Friday through Sunday, November 21-23, 2008
Marriott Minneapolis West
9960 Wayzata Blvd, Minneapolis

Banquet Dinner & Program

BallroomAt 6:00 PM on Saturday, all the various other activities at the Harvest Jamboree will take a break (except, of course, a few continuing jam sessions out in the lobby), for the annual MBOTMA Banquet Dinner Celebration.

Admission to the dinner will be separate from the general event admission. The dinner is included with the "VIP Ticket Package." There are a limited number of VIP package tickets available — advance purchase is strongly recommended. The Marriott's award winning chefs are preparing Beef Bourguignon (beef tips with mushroom sauce), chef's choice of pasta and vegetable, house salad, fresh baked rolls, coffee, tea and chef's choice of dessert (vegetarian menu available by request in advance).

• 5:00 PM Pre-Dinner Reception
• 6:00 PM Banquet Dinner
• 6:30 PM Post-Dinner Program

Following the dinner will be a short program that will include recognition of our current board of directors and the results from the annual election of new directors, the announcement of the "Race for a Place" contest winners (plus maybe a mini-performance from them), and a few other surprises.

• 7 PM: Ballroom Concert
With dinner tickets come up-front VIP seating for the Saturday Ballroom Concert with The John Cowan Band.

See our tickets page to order your tickets in advance!
